Problem Orbiter Scenario Editor isn't on the list of custom functions

I really have no idea where to post this. I was reading the Orbiter Manual for the DGIV (Believe it or not) So, I decided to restart and do things realistically, well, I want to load people on to the DGIV but when I click F4 to access custom, nothing shows up! Scenario Editor isn't there. Any Ideas? Orbiter 2010 only.

Have you got "ScnEditor" checked in the Modules tab? It's at (or near) the bottom in 'Tools and dialogs'.
