Error Orbiter unable to open a cfg file in TranBase_A11.zip addon

I recently installed the addon Tranbase_A11.zip to my Orbiter folder. The addon sets up a folder under Scenarios named "Return to Tranquility Base". The first scenario in that folder is named "Are you want to driving down)))(Find Cat Paw)". I ran this scenario and it loaded, however, only a few seconds after it loaded, I received an error message which stated "unable to open cfg file .\flightplans\gpsdef Moon.cfg". So I looked in the listed folder and I was unable to locate a file named "gpsdef Moon.cfg". There was one for the Earth, but not one for the moon. Is there a fix for this error? Is there a place where I can download the missing file?
