General Question Orbiter Won't Launch

Hi,
I just installed Orbiter on my PC. When I click on "Launch Orbiter" from the dashboard, a full-screen windows opens with nothing in it. It is a white background. The only thing I can do is click on the "X" to close it. Has anyone had this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?
System Info:
Operating system: Windows 7 Pro x64
CPU: Intel Xeon CPU e5-1650 v2 @ 3.50 GHz
RAM: 32 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Sound: Realtek High Definition Audio

As a test, I suggest going to the Video tab in the Orbiter Launchpad and setting 'Window' mode (not full-screen) and making sure your 3D device is set to "Direct3D T&L HAL": that will render Orbiter to your primary monitor.

I agree with dbeachy1 on this. Try enumerating your video devices on the video tab, and try every combination of video card, full screen and windowed to see what works.
