ORIon to test feasabillity of the Altea AeroSpace Falcon to add to their fleet!
Orion VSA today released a press statement today saying that in the near future they will be looking to aquire several XR series vessels from Altea Aerospace including the new Altea Aerospace XR-2 'Falcon' and possibly the heavy-lift vessel XR-5 Vangaurd which amazingly can carry a payload of almost 500 tonnes into orbit!
The manager of OrionVSA had this to say...
"We are very pleased with the results of our first mission and have decieded to expand our fleet, along with these AA vessels we intend to aquire 2 more Delta-Shuttles."
Tests begun yesterday at Acsension Island with Capt. Michael Broadhead at the controls of a brand new Altea Aerospace XR-2 Falcon Mk II.
We will have images of the test flight as soon as they come back and a VIP interview with Capt. Michael Broadhead himself on the performance of the new vessel.
As the VSA's top pilot, Capt. Michael Broadhead could decied whether this bird is airworthy or if investing in it will be a disaster... although both OrionVSA and Michael have very high hopes and opinions for this craft.
Stay tuned to find out more...

Update:
The XR vessels have arrived at Acsension Island and Orion Are hoping to start the testing process later this week...
Capt. Michael is inspecting the vessels and learning the new cockpit layouts as we speak, he says it looks like a nice vessel and he looks forward to working with it.
Expect testing updates around 1600GMT 24/11/2010.
Thats all for tonight... thank you for reading, good night!
