Now, seriously, war-robots will certainly not resemble the Terminator, but I sure hope that the person using them will be smart enough to have a human in the loop when making major decisions, at least at first.
Same would apply for domestic and civillian robots- they might be abundant in 20 years, yet not resemble sci-fi creations at all...
