Problem trying to end EVA

I was recently trying out the EVA capabilities of the DGIV, which was quite a bit of fun (and also looks like decent training for station docking, just without the HUD goodies). Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to get my astronaut back into the ship! I sent the astronaut into the airlock with no results, which I thought was the procedure. Further checks online gave me no information. Can anyone help me? Stranded astronauts around the world wait for your reply!

Do a quicksave just before "E," though ... for some reason when I'm trying to reenter the DG4, Orbiter occasionally crashes. Maybe one in every ten attempted reentries. Doesn't seem to happen with any other ship, and I haven't found anything I could definitely correlate with crashing vs. not crashing. For all I know, it might be just something on my PC, but I thought I'd give ya the heads-up anyway.

I know there's an issue with number of vessels in the scenario--something like if there's more than 20 vessels in the scenario, it will crash when you attempt to enter a vessel.
