Software Problem with DGIV SRB

I downloaded the DGIV SRB add-on and I thought I installed it right but every time I try to load the SRB the program crashes. The Delta tug and UCargo deck both seem to work fine.
I had the same problem with local light effects and it was fixed by a small change in a congig file. Is this a problem with the program or my settings?
If you need it, how can I get the Orbiter log thing?

In your orbiter directory will be a file called orbiter.log if you have extensions turned on, if not, it'll be the file called "orbiter" and it will look like a notepad file.
