Hello,

after running a scenario a short a amount of time (typically 30-60 seconds) the G-field contribution in the Orbit HUD changes from the correct value to 0.00 (printed in yellow). This behaviour is independent of the scenario (tried several). It occurs even if the DeltaGlider stays on the earth surface (landed at Kennedy Space Center) and I do nothing. After exiting orbiter and loading the "Current State", the actual G-field contribution is displayed correct at first, and changes to 0.00 (yellow) after 30-60 seconds again.

At the same time, I had also a stability problem the IMFD Map. No trajectory was displayed, because now periapsis was detected. This problem has been solved by the changing the "Linear State Propagators" in the Extra Tab of the Launchpad. But is has no effect, on the problem described above.

Maybe, I have to change the "Orbit stabilisation" parameters in same tab. But, I don't now their meaning and effect to simulation (stability). So randomly changing values does not help.

Current setup of orbiter equals that after installation. All addons disabled. Orbiter version 2006 P1.

Beside changing the "Linear State Propagators" a have also tried the debugging option "fixed delta T". Sometimes it helps. But not always!

Could anyone help?

Martin

I have fixed this problem by installing the msvcp71.dll into the orbiter root directory.

The file could be downloaded here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcp71.
