ProgMesh registration

Hi all,

I recently downloaded ProgMesh 1.2 and installed it, but, when I tried to open my mess...I mean , mesh... I got a message saying I had to go to www.paralelo.com.br to register it and get a key if I wanted to open a mesh with more than 6000 faces. I went there and after a couple of weeks I got an answer from the staff saying the developer of Progmesh doesn't work with them any longer, so they can't help. Does anyone know how to get the key?

Looks very old...
Have you tried GMax or Anim8or?

There are dozens of other free modeling programs out there, just google 3D modelling freeware

Hey!!! That was fast. Thanks. Yes, I have tried GMAX and Anim8or. I am presently using the latter for its interface seems more intuitive. I export to 3DS and then, using 3ds2msh, I finally get the mesh. After that I am using Omeshwizard to optimize the mesh and retouch the testures UV.

Somebody told me that ProgMesh was a better software to optimize the mesh, that's why I was interested.

Thanks for the reply, but my question remains. How can I get the key?

GMAX has some of the best optimisers around,

about your key,
I don't think you will be able to get one any more, the program has moved onto vapourware. Although if you search google long enough, something might turn up

Replace this in C:\Program Files\ProgMesh.
