Question Project Apollo checklist and automatic switches for Apollo 8?

I'm playing NASSP -- the Apollo 8 Flight Plan Scenario (All the others beside Apollo 7 are broken...) and I noticed that the game keeps flipping all the switches for me. Why is it doing this and how can I get it to stop so I can perform the tasks in the checklist?

You can turn off Automatic checklists in Orbiter Launchpad. "Extra" tab > Vessel Configuration > Project Apollo Configuration
