Project Mercury 5.0 - "Program has enountered a problem" & "Terminal error"
Hi folks,
I'm looking for advice from anyone who uses the Project Mercury addon. I've tried to setup Orbiter clean for this program only, and so I've read the readmes as I've progressed with the files. I downloaded the Project Mercury 5.0 mod, then upon running it I don't get any launch pad complex for Atlas, and no pad or rocket for Redstone. So I discovered that I should download the KSC Missile Row Complex array of addons ( as I realise the Mercury system didn't use the Pad 39 complex). So, following the procedures in the various readmes within the files, I managed to assemble the files and add them to the Orbiter folder. Plus configuring the Canaveral.cfg as instructed in the readme.
Unfortunately I'm not getting any of it to work. Mostly I'd getting the Windows "This program has enountered a problem and need to close". I'm also getting the Terminal error crash. I might have got a missing file or mod, so I'm going to check for this.
I was mainly asking if anyone had a list of files or a checklist which might help to get the Mercury program to work.
I can have a go at some of the other ships and programs in the meantime, and I'm learning more as I go. My system is a Pentium 4 3Ghz 2Ghz RAM Windows XP Pro SP3 Geforce 7800GS th 275.33 Drivers.
Cheers!
Karl
