Error Project Mercury Missing Sol_1962.cfg

I try to run the Project Mercury addon and I get this message in my log.

FAILED to create planetary system Sol_1962
Check that Config\Sol_1962.cfg exists and is valid

So I check my congif files and Sol_1962.cfg is there, but there is no content to the file. It is blank. So I'm wondering if any of you can tell me exactly what goes in there. Thanks in advance.
