Oh god my head hurts...but hey, my weekend was somewhat productive. Why does productivity have to be such a migraine inducer?

Weird... if I have a headache in the morning, the day before (or at least the evening) was usually excessivly unproductive. (real emphasis on "excessivly")

GOOD LUCK.

[Insert clever math joke about keeping answeredQuestions/second >= 1]

Eh. This exam has more than twice the time limit of the others (which had more than enough time already) and should be only 1.5 times as long to do as the others.
I'm feeling slightly better about it this morning actually. Over night, I recalled some stuff from the beginning of the semester. :P

Well, this morning make sure to listen to the frantic mutterings of other students; you'll probably catch a thing or two you missed last night.

Test defeated. It was pretty easy, shouldn't miss much except a Taylor series question that I shouldn't have been so quick to look over. :P
Finals Part II: Chemistry tonight.

Calculus and chemistry taught in one place?
Where are you studying, and for what, if that's not a secret?

The United States. :P
University of Oklahoma, studying Aerospace Engineering. One semester of chemistry is required for just about all engineering.

At the school I plan on going to (Colorado State University), I think they require a year of Chemistry for all STEM majors.

Now back to your random comments...

"Following the landing of Space Shuttle Columbia on July 27, this close-up view shows what appear to be three small holes in the liquid hydrogen tubes inside the nozzle on main engine No. 3."
It did take me a few minutes to realize this wasn't from a random photo upload site. :P

Three ruptured coolant tubes of SSME# 2019.

Exactly.

I wish I could have said "DaveS is not permitted to answer", but then it would have been known to the forum regulars that it was likely a Space Shuttle picture.

What makes the image impressive, these three tiny holes had been enough to make the Shuttle have MECO by fuel exhaustion 11 km lower than planned. It consumed 1700 kg of LOX more than planned in that engine, since the engine controller assumed by the hydrogen flow rates that the combustion was slightly hydrogen rich (about 100 kg of LH2 leaked through these tiny holes in the 8 minutes of flight).

Damn, I should have clicked on the picture...... had I knew it's STS-93 related I might have answered that already.

Biology class:
35 minutes of talking about anything else than biology
10 minutes taking notes about something
OR
10 minutes of talking about how we didn't do anything in the lesson and how lazy pupils are

At least that's how I remember it, so I prefered biology over physics in the end... (Also I can simply imagine mutation & selection better than quantum physics)
