Heyy,you stole thst from me in the chatbox :lol:.Well almost the same.
"Thats the 21st Century for ya.When lol is added to the Oxford English Dictionary."

Dammit, this has been annoying me for ages.

Does anyone know what that anime is in the left panel? I've been trying to figure it out for ages, but I can't. :(

Can I add the 4th panel to that and title it "What the frak?"

I wonder if it would be possible to create a Sharach-Il-Allah* in Minecraft, the most dangerous form of horizontal sand storms. :rofl:

* "The Abradant of God"

Hmm, see this anywhere before?

Why yes!

Macross/Robotech anyone?

Wasp = Valkyrie
Marauder = Glaug
Warhammer = Tomahawk (shown)

I'm kinda glad Battletech stole borrowed from Macross. There were some nice designs that were totally unappreciated there, like this guy who served as cannon fodder despite looking 1000% more durable than the transforming fighter planes... Or so my childhood tells me. :blahblah:

you know, i try to install the free mechwarior 4 for some time now, but somehow their download server never seems available...

I'd rather try the latest MegaMek version in a Multiplayer game.

It now supports Warship combat in space or Air-to-Air combat, would be great to try to this, but the bot for single player can't do it.

I thought I did a good job doing a speech on the pros and cons of manned spaceflight towards the end of May, but I wore a suit, shirt and tie. Next time I give a speech relating to space I'm going to wear a suit but with a turtleneck sweater instead of shirt and tie. And I'm going to somehow use the phrase "billions and billions".

But before you bother with your speech, you need to create the universe. :rofl:

Loriot is dead...he was really the greatest of German comedy.

There is a pretty faithful translation of one of his most famous cartoons around:

He had also a minor role as German officer in "The longest day"

Ok, so I had an interesting episode occur recently. I shot a re-entry to Wideawake in ESA's XR5 (practicing for OFSSV3, flight #9). After wheel stop, I shut the laptop, which set it into sleep mode.

I come back to it later, warmed Win7 back up, go back into Orbiter, and I find this:

My XR5 is nowhere near Wideawake. In fact, the simulation time is 47 days into the future, my internal coolant temperature is maxed out, my oxygen is completely depleted, and I'm landed on Oberon.

That's right. Oberon -- one of Uranus' moons. It landed itself at 149.02'E, 55.83'S on the moon's night-side. :shifty:

One of the wackiest things I've ever seen! Every time I've had something wonky happen in Orbiter, I'm usually superluminal on a random escape tangent and azimuth.

*EDIT* ooops, wrong thread.

I am seriously hoping your laptop won't become skynet. It is humiliating enough to be destroyed by our own creation, but having Oberon on the moon is just rubbing it in!

New weight bench setup in the spare room. :sweet:
