Problem RCS thrusters stuck on

The RCS thrusters on any ship that I use keep getting stuck on (usually UP rotation). I can turn off the RCS and kill the rotation with the scenario editor, but as soon as I turn on the RCS, the thrusters come on.

Any ideas?

Are you using a joystick? I'd had that happen to me before, I recalibrated my flight stick and it solved the problem. (for me anyway)

No. I am not doing anything different to what I was doing when it worked perfectly.

Actually, it might be something to do with that. I will investigate.
