ReFuel Spacestation? HELP!!!

Ok, I have gotten into the surface bases, a skin for the DGIV...

Now can anyone help me with this one

I am wanting to create a space station for ReFuel. First one I would want to put into LEO. Idea is that it would have a Ummu capabilities and ability to use the wonderful FuelMFD. It would of course be a LEO refueling station

What do I do to get this started
