RMS control dialog, press CTRL + Space

According to all of the documentation I have seen this should bring up the
RMS control dialog but it does not do anything for me. I am able to move to the

payload operator position using F8 and ctrl + dwn arrow but I cannot het the view high enough to see out of the windows to the payload bay. How do you do that. I tried the ALT + arrow keys but can't get up high enough.

I finely got to where I could see into the payload bay but I still cannot get the CTRL + Space to work.

I'm assuming that you are using the Shuttle Fleet. If so, then you need to go back and read the manual that came with the distribution package please. It will tell you that you need to tilt the RMS arm outwards before the dialog box will be available. ("CTRL+X" when on-orbit and the payload bay doors are open. Page 4 under release notes and page 13 in the red box).
