General Question run time error

I have just installed orbiter build 30 aug 2010 using windows 8 on my lap top I get a meesage run time error when I launch application is this version to old or am I missing something

Are you using Intel (integrated) graphics card?

yes it is a toshiba laptop intel pentium cpu b960 @2.20ghz video card intel hd graphics 1366x768

Edit Orbiter.cfg and add there:

EchoAllParams = TRUE
MaxLights = 8

You can edit it with any plain text editor, e.g. notepad.
