Problem Runtime problem

so I installed the MSI, after this problem has occured before with the ZIP installtion, & I thought it was because the ZIP. must to mention that I downloaded the ZIP with opera browser, everything was great until it suddenly stopped to work. I changed several things in settings, like modules, visual effects & parameters, so I think it caused that.

the massege of the problem is that:

"the program require more runtime to terminate it. (or something like that)
please contact with the support team of orbiter."

what will I do?
oh & one more little question: I have no sound. how do I activate the sound?

Uncheck "Local light sources" on "Visual effects" tab and check if it helps.

If it helps, check if this workaround will help with local lights enabled, too.

What is your graphics card model?


OrbiterSound add-on is required to have sound in Orbiter.

Orbiter doesn't have any default sounds, you have to download OrbiterSound, which can be found here

Why not version 4.0 which you can get from there: http://orbiter.dansteph.com/index.php?disp=d? (The site is working ATM.)

thanks, when i unchecked the local lights it work again.
ok, so release 4 for the sound? how do I install add-on? I just putting it in the directory?
