Problem Saturn IB with Apollo CSM Cannot Enter Orbit

Im trying to Launch the Apollo CSM with Saturn IB using Velcro Rockets and Velcro Saturns, But is Lowering the Altitude and starts the Re-entry. Can anybody Help Please?

Your Apollo CSM might be fully fueled....in real life the Apollo CSMs are too heavy to be lifted by S-IBs to even low earth orbit

The tanks of Apollo 7, ASTP, and all Skylab missions have only 1/4 the fuel compared to the moon missions...try reducing yours as well
