Question Ship, and base loader?

Hello, i know that we can load and save entire scenarios, and also add a single ships, etc.. But there wouldn't happen to exist a loader that can load/save several ship and base classes at the same time?? (instead of having to load/save entire scenarios)

While in game, not that I'm aware of. The only thing close is Default Scenario (should be at OH) which allows you to have a set of vessels that will be added to every scenario you start.

It seems like a very good idea. I tried searching in many ways for it, but without succcess. Could you, or someone else that are familiar with it be a little more specific to It's whereabouts. Thank you
