Shuttle abort runways

I can't believe not 1 person responded or wasn't able to comment on my last post so I am trying again.

I found the abort.zip file that is supposed to be the abort runways for the shuttle. However, non of the config files contain anything that adds runways. Does anyone have a clue about this?

Did you look at the age of the file? It is for a Orbiter Version from 2002. Nearly one of the oldest add-ons for Orbiter. ;-)

The Shuttle Fleet Expansion packs have all major emergency landing sites defined and ready for the current version.

You can create your own bases using Surface Base Wizard

Orbiter only has Cañaveral and Habana modelled. Habana is not attached to reality, but fictional, but Runway has the proper orientation and location of Aeropuerto José Martí.

The rest of bases in orbiter are base markers only, no objects in them. You can edit them with Surface Base Wizard.

It's not a biggy, but there is a rule saying ''No thread bumping'' it means dont re-post on a thread you got no reply from, but it's no biggy just giving you some advice.

Really?!?!?! I installed 4.0.1 and when I did a TAL abort to Zaragoza nothing was there. Now I'm really confused

Read Urwumpe's post again. He wrote Shuttle Fleet Expansion packs, which is a seperate download from the Shuttle Fleet.

Ahhhh. Thanks for the info and link. I didn't realize there was an expansion pack
