That is the logo of Canada's ISS robotics system.

Probably news to most people. Too amateurish for an "official" logo. It also lacks the artistry of a good tagger. Probably done in a weak moment by either an engineer or one of the ground crew ... hell, we can't be serious all the time, can we?

Yep. If you rotate the picture and zoom in on it, you can make out the details of the logo tblaxland posted.
