P.S. Says I already joined but I am there, on the main screen of the game.

Large hauling ship built over the past few hours. Ugly and unfinished, but fun to walk around inside. I still haven't managed to fill up all the interior space.

This game is using up way too much of my monthly bandwidth. The frequent updates are nice, but 100MB+ every few days is too much.

Change the update settings in Steam then... right now, I never had bandwidth problems because of it.

How do you guys rotate your blocks correctly? I know there is the little widget that shows rotations, but with a thin key layout for Home/end/pgup/pgdwn/delete/insert (http://the-gadgeteer.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/hp-wireless-keyboard-2.JPG), it's not very intuitive; I just mash the rotation keys until it lines up how I want it to.

For those with more standard keyboards, is it intuitive? I'm considering remapping the numpad to rotation, but just randomly rotating still works fairly well.

I use my standard remote keyboard for that, since it is a lot more complicated on a 15.6" notebook keyboard.

I rotate them until they align correctly. Sometimes it's just 1-3 key presses of what I think could align them how I want, and sometimes even 10-20 key presses. :P
I find the on-screen help widget more confusing than what it's worth.

I started playing the game on a similar key layout. You just have to memorise which button does which rotation, which can be difficult in three dimensions. At least now it's relative to the player and not global. The display also helps immensely - it even shows which button you need to press regardless of key layout.

On a standard keyboard, it is quite intuitive. No real issue there. I'd suggest remapping it. Building becomes that much faster when you don't have to think about the controls.
