General Question Space Shuttle Fleet v4.3 EVA

Hey guys when I use the Shuttle fleet EVA how do I get the Astronought into and out of the foot straps in the SSRMS and how do I move the Arms attached to the station. I checked the Shuttle fleet documentation and there is no info on that in there. Also how do I pick things up with the astronought. Thank You

I am also wondering how to put the astraunots in the foot straps and how to reattach these on the shuttle bay once you're done.

I can answer some of these: To move the arm , first release it with Ctrl+X then use ctrl + space , everything about the arm is explained in the shuttle fleet manual. And to pick up things it's usualy G

Sorry I didn't describe the arm right not the shuttle arm I know that. The Space Station Arm...SSRMS
