I don't really see the usefulness in this app. If you want knpw where you are just open MapMFD.
 
Why not to simulate MCC?
My comment was aimed at the 3-way screen. I just don't see the usefulness in it given that if we're going to simulate MCC properly, it isn't very useful as the data it displays is better used some place else. The map is controlled by GC who has the overall responsibility of the MCC, not a very technical position.

The positional and attitude data would be handled by GNC.

Also that screen isn't NASA generated but by a commercial product called "Satellite Toolkit" or STK for short which is made by Analytical Graphics Inc. So it might be copyrighted.

I noticed a couple thing with the RMS. When I'm viewing from a payload camera or one of the RMS cameras and press [F1] for an external view, the whole view tilts when I press the camera controls. Also have the problem of grappling attached objects disappearing when they are detached from their original attachments.
Can you post a sample scenario for the grappling issue? I did a quick test taking the MPLM out of the payload bay, and the MPLM remained visible.

Actually, I was trying to grapple an object from a seperate vessel. Maybe I am mistaken in thinking this was possible.

Tested grappling and releasing the HST in the 'HST berthing' scenario from ISS experience; I didn't have any problems. Can you post the scenario you had problems with?
 
Sorry SC, my bad, I forgot to add the "GS" ID in the .ini The grapple works fine now. Did you test the view movement ? Also, does anyone know who made the addon to stop the screen clipping ? It doesn't seem to work in 2010.

That would be Artlav. You could try the D3D9Client, you can manually set the VC clipping radius in the D3D9Client config file.

The view movement issue should be fixed now.

The modules haven't been updated yet; I was planning to wait until the different ET types are implemented (which is mostly done from the coding side, I just need meshes/textures checked in).

Checked in a updated SLWT mesh and texture. Fixed some issues and added a texture mapping to the Intertank door.
 
Seems like there's a problem playing the RSS rotation sound file. The file is OK and good, it's just that it won't play in Orbiter when the RSS is being moved. Also, could it be changed to play only when the actual RSS is being rotated instead of starting with the opening/closing of the FRCS Room "garage door"?
 
The pad offset in the Crawler code needs to be adjusted. Currently this prevents the MLP from being secured at the pad following a rollout.

Yes, I compared the two, and it doesn't quite match in terms of brightness and cone size. The real exhaust is brighter and has a larger cone size.
 
How long til a next release ? 1.34 maybe ?
 
I added KU-Band and throttle bucket entries into mission file. Entries are: ThrottleDown, ThrottleUp and UseKUBand.
