Space shuttle ultra please help

whenever I launch the space shuttle ultra I can't maneuver it. It goes straight up until I reach space. I am trying to figure out what switches I should turn on to have hydraulics in the elevator's/ailerons and the rudder.

You can read the manual for SSU. Or read the Shuttle ascent checklist, sections APU PRESTART and APU START, which tells you which switches on panel R2 you should throw for starting the APUs. You need to do it right or they can't start.
