Space Shuttle Ultra Tutorial

Is there a tutorial/mode detailed guide for the Space Shuttle Ultra?

I've download Space Shuttle Ultra V1.25 (and Spacecraft3.dll and High Res KSC). From what I can find, the documentation seems to someone lacking, all I can seem to do is start the APU(s) and confirm I have hydraulic pressure. I can't even seem to get the gantry to retract.

Is there a detailed tutorial available?

Is there anything else I need to download for this Add-on?
