Whats up, I see everyone wishes to help you, and some of them seem to be going out of their way to try and assist you on every level.
First of all... get out of the Atlantis. As much as it is the only base ship that, in fact, is a real ship, remember... Its a real ship, your room for error is really small, and your fuel supply is usually designed so you make it to the ISS and then return empty.
So, change to a DeltaGlider, the margin of error is exponentially increased, and you can actually make it to the moon and back on one tank (if your good).
Try some fictional space craft, GregBurch's BSP4 is one of the greater ships for towing modules to space, try achieving orbit with the BSP4 using the energia launcher, it gets you to a "close enough" orbit, you only have to make small burns to get to your desired position.
Other than that, it really doesn't sound like you have put much thought into your questions, or your attempts to fix the problem yourself. If you are, in fact, attempting to fix it yourself, try to share what you've done.
That, my friend, is called the creative process.
