I read that too, but Mach 2 in that looks a little scary to me. Another thing, how are they going to 110km from the ground when SpaceShipOne got to 112km after launching from 50,000 ft.

Big engine, little craft! I think that they will be helped by lighter weight if they can get the fuel pump technology working, less mass for the vehicle.

This one isn't going to 110km AFAIK. Its only going upto around 61 kms.
