I know I might be jumping the gun here, especially since I haven't seen SpaceShipTwo for Orbiter yet. But from some Googled descriptions of SpaceShipThree, it might make for an interesting add-on.

If someone is willing to tackle making SpaceShipThree, it would require everything that SS1 and SS2 are capable of, as well as:

Orbital capacity
Heat shielding
Larger passenger cabin (I assume that this will be the natural progression from SS2)
Docking mechanism (for orbital hotels)

I expect that, if SS2 goes well, SS3 would be functional by 2015 (2020 at the latest). Keeping that in mind, Orbiter's SS3 should not have technology that would not exist in several years time.

There should also be an included orbital hotel (circa 2018-2020) as a destination for the wealthiest of passengers.

It also needs a snazzy paint scheme

With the direction SS2 has gone, I suspect SS3 will look even more like an updated X-20 DynaSoar. That would make a nice starting point for someone with more modeling talent than me.
