The "FRCS holes" have been fixed and the updated mesh have been checked in. Turns out it was two slightly malplaced vertices on the FRCS module that was the cause. The holes weren't holes but just part of the FRCS cavity TCS being visible.

Could you test without any pluggins (except maybe the ones shipped with Orbiter)?
I remember filing a ticket on SLC-6 that was actually caused by the Attachment Manager plug-in. Deactivating it fixed the problem right away. I'm only running two plug-ins except for D3D9Client, and those are ScnEditor and OrbiterSound 4.0.
 
I'll try disabling the attachment manager.

No issues here. I ran the Payload Latch Test scenario with no problems encountered at all. Successfully berthed the MPLM and closed the latches. No misalignments at all. Any other plug-ins active?

Still nothing. I even moved the RMS through several REACH LIM situations and at the end I even maxed out the wrist roll joint in both directions. Smooth movement every time. Any special EE attitude I need to shoot for?

Yes, if you mean while grappled to the MPLM. You're not supposed to move the arm while the end effector is going through the grappling sequence. Wait until all three top talkbacks (RIGID, CLOSE and CAPTURE) are gray, this indicates a successful grapple. If any of the TBs are still showing barberpole, then something is amiss.

Yes. But I have even tested things in the regular graphics client as it gives me terrible frame-rates with no issues.

None of the left knobs are working??? What about Shift+Esc in the CDR seat? Are the MDUs on, for example, in a launch scenario?
 
Launches CTD when I press F1 to enter the VC.
 
Is this with a clean installation? Maybe there's something that is conflicting with SSU. I'd create a fresh brand new installation with nothing but SSU to eliminate potential conflicts.

I think I might be to blame for some of your issues... :facepalm: check your inbox.

About the font size... you didn't read the readme file. :P

On the attachments, does the thing snap out of place, or does it drift as the RMS is moved? Once it is out of place, does moving the RMS back fix it?
 
I did read the readme and installed the fonts. :thumbup:

Yes, the attachments drifts out of place, during rotation, but does not return when rotating back.
 
Here is a shot of the cockpit after the update. The blank screens will not turn on.

The update had no affect on the attachment problem.

The MDU size problem can be fixed by going Extra>Instruments and panels>MFD parameter configuration>MFD texture size:virtual cockpits>512x512.
 
That fixed the font size, but when I press the Flght Inst button. the MDU shuts off and can't be turned on again.
