Finished correcting the outline of the body of the PLBDs, only the interior stuff needs shifting in the centerline area, and the centerline shifted (by cutting at the correct location). BTW: is the current value correct?
You mean for the beams that the c/l latches are attached to? If then, yes, Yo7.05" for the right door and Yo-3.94" for the left door.

One thing that could help position the top of the radiators is a payload max size diagram, as it probably has a payload-to-rad gap.
No payload element may extend beyond a 90" dynamic envelope radius, except for the trunnion and keel pins. Section 5 of this document should clarify things: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xsuo2vukjte22bk/STS21492.PL_users_guide.pdf?dl=0

I meant the port offset of the PLBD centerline.

I think after shifting we'll still be OK.

I meant the port offset of the PLBD centerline.
Using the schematic on page 223 of JSC 11174 Vol. II, my measurements come out as Yo-1.52.

I'm trying to commit changes to the mesh, but I get this error, which seems to be server related:

... meanwhile, where did the midbody/PLBD width values come from? They are currently misaligned, and I don't know which one, if any, is correct. The wings end at Yo105, but that might not be the same.

In just about every document I've gone through, the midbody sidewalls are listed as Yo±105.

Currently it sits at Yo106 flat, which means both the PLBDs (and interior stuff), plus some things in the sills, will have to shift... yep, we are in very, very deep doo-doo...

It's amazing to me that after all this time the mesh still has huge errors like this. Even if the TPS is 0.5'' thick, we would still be another 0.5'' away.

The thickness of the TPS has to be taken in account as gives flat uniformity to the midbody sidewalls. The actual cylindrical joint betwen PLBD hinges protrudes from the TPS, but only slightly. The black rectangular part of the hinge fairings are at an even level with the TPS. So to get this looking right, the PLB sill longerons have to be wider than they really are.

So we go with a 1'' thick TPS?

Any news on this?

I think it would be better if you posted this in the Site Support section where it would get more exposure than here where it might not be seen as who would think to look for O-F/OHM problem reports in a thread associated with the development of an add-on? I can say for certain that I would miss those.

So, with the server back at 100%, I just committed the current state of the Orbiter.msh. The fwd bulkhead-to-PLBD interface is done (will not do the rounded PLBD corners now), and only the seals need work now. Also, most of the fwd bulkhead stuff still needs to be repositioned. Then the big one, shifting the interior of the PLBDs downward. And last but not least, "cutting" the PLBDs so the centerline seam is correct.

Here's something to do: the DFI pallet shows up "hovering" above the PLB.

Another issue: the UV mapping for the CISS isn't correct.

It is and it isn't. I noted this in the commit log message for revision 3017:

Addressed ticket#170, PLB 13 holes/covers. This includes a new inside texture for the umbilical well panels based on a photo of the port side of OV-103 during OASIS installation in the OPF prior to STS-26R. This causes a texture conflict with the CISS's but this will be addressed as part of the triangle clean up of those meshes.

Yes, that's the plan.

OK, I can do it now, as I just finished the major part of fwd bulkhead changes. Although the seals are not perfect, they should now be done for now. Remaining now are the PLBD centerline correction and fwd bulkhead object re-positioning, plus the PLBD internal structure/rad shift... which might actually need more work, as in checking the Ku antenna position (which is also not where it should be ) I found that the rads might be a bit too inboard.

I've checked in an updated Ku band antenna mesh which has everything at their correction positions.

I'me working on the CISS right now.
