Star Wars: The Mandalorian


So apparently they are making a new TV Show (or rather a show for a streaming service) based on a Mandalorian character (Not Jango or Boba) set between the original and sequel trilogies.





Thoughts? Predictions?

Can't really say from that one shot whether it's live-action or animated. If the first, that would make it the first live-action star wars tv-show. I'm not quite sure how well you can pull off life-action star wars on a tv budget.

Well, i hope they don't screw this one up, but i predict that they would.

Well, they are bringing Dave Filoni in, so that bodes well for the parts he works on. And it's not going to be on a TV budget... They're talking about a budget somewhere closer to that of a mid-grade movie for the entire first season. So that also bodes well.

Bonus info, they are apparently doing a prequel to Rogue One.
