Indeed. Today is FD13 - RCS/FCS Checkouts & KU Band stow, picosat deployment.

Tomorrow is deorbit burn. Orb posted the landing tracks earlier in this thread.

Yes. There was also posted a link to calendar event in that post, which contains set timers for some events from deorbit to landing. Those timers would tell you it's about one day more. :thumbup:

Fortunately I have to be at work at 6:30AM tomorrow so I will be awake anyways for scheduled landing.

Does anyone know where at Kennedy they are going to display Atlantis?
I am guessing they are going to put it away from the main visitors complex like the Saturn V.

Oh of course! I'll be seeing Atlantis quite often in person as I live in Florida lol. But it will be my last time seeing the space shuttle fully operational.

Same here .Hopefully it will be clear down here in Boynton Beach for me to see Atlantis' and the shuttle program's last re-entry.Awesome poem Pete.

This kind of vivid artwork of the Shuttle is something that really inspired me as a kid. It brings a tear to see such a depiction with ISS-era hardware in the payload bay.

And it is even worse, that I thought it was a depiction of a mural, but I then looked closer found out that it is a depiction of an actual intended display... that is sad, I think, that things have come full circle, we are done depicting these vehicles in flight... now we only make depictions of them as museum displays.

After broadcasting thousands of hours of historic events in orbit, the shuttle's cargo bay television cameras fade to static for the last time. The orbiter's television antenna was stowed for the last time. There will be no more live views from the shuttle.
