General Question Textures

Hi, pretty new to Orbiter, I have the l14 planet textures.
Is it supposed to look like this? http://i.imgur.com/zafj4.jpg
Is there a way to make it look better?

That looks like the level 8 textures. The "max. resolution level" setting should be at 14 to make it work.

If that doesn't help,
is there a "Earth_tile.bin", "Earth_tile.tex" and "Earth_tile_lmask.tex" in your Orbiter/Textures2 folder? If no, the textures aren't correctly installed.
