Topo centric - Geocentric Transformation

Please let me know the good books for learning topocentric-geocentric transformation and also ECEF and ECI transformation along with mathematical formulas and practical examples .

The B.M.W. (ISBN 0486600610) seems to have most of it. Although, I cannot say how good the book is but it has served me well.

Geodetic to geocentric conversion is explained but the inverse equations (geocentric to geodetic) isn't covered. The inverse can be computed using iterative methods or series. No known analytic solution exists.

EDIT: Note that B.M.W. is an old book published in 1971. So, don't expect to see any computer generated hieroglyphs.
