Problem Trouble Unzipping antelope_scn.zip

I'm having trouble unzipping antelope_scn.zip several times. Downloaded it 10 times and with 3 different computers all saying the same error. Is the file corrupt?

First scan it with an antivirus tool, then try opening it with 7-Zip.
