Cruise Stage mass = 550 + 180 = 730? or dry mass of propulsion system already included in Cruise Stage mass(550)?

Potentially, with a perfect picking of approach trajectory, you can make an orbit insert even without spending any propellants at all (the planet will "capture" you from a fly-by trajectory). If you need specific details of PhG's flight plan you can't find on the Internet, let me know.

Possibly because that the apoapsis and periapsis in Wikipedia is mesaured from the center of Mars. Just take 9235 (Perigee mesaured from center) - 3396 (planet radi) = 5839, very close to your PeA
