General Question using google earth, is it possible?

with google earths 3d views is it possible to use it for orbiter,i'm no engineer so i must ask to know.
 
Unless you are taxiing, good luck getting images to load before you fly past. However, Artlav (I think) once did a Google Earth plugin for Orbiter.
