General Question Using the "Ground Observer" camera view?

I am about to launch another mission -- but I was wondering how to get to the "Ground Observer" camera view so I could watch it from the ground. It doesn't seem to exist in this scenario (AMSO) -- as I can only see "Global Frame" "Target Relative" and "Absolute Direction"/

Press Ctrl-F1 to open the camera dialog and set it from there.
