Problem Velcro stages don't stick each other

Hi,

I'm having trouble with velcro rockets. Stages don't stick to each other, instead they are all lying in the ground in the same place. I don't understand why, I used velcro many times, but now I reinstalled orbiter after a few months and it's not working, and I don't know what i am missing. Any ideas?

Every scenario, even the ones provided with velcro. I Made a clean installation, same problem. I have no idea what's going on.

Well, if every scenario seems to be bonkers, my first hunch is that velcro didn't get installed correctly.
