You know, all I ever wanted to be was a commercial space pilot. Consider this my resume...
XR1 launch was from KSC 33. Lifted off and pitched past vertical then rolled to the correct heading. Used scram after mach 3.5 (the video doesn't show this). I settled out at about 1900 m/s at 38km altitude. At that point, I was only using about 10-15% on the scram throttles. At 200km to Habana, pitched up at about 45 degrees AoA until I was under mach 1, then manually flew in an unpowered landing using a bit of airbrakes. The landing was really smooth.
