Question Vinka's download links down?

I've just reïnstalled Orbiter and noticed that the download links for the Multistage and spacecraft modules are down.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Spacecraft/multistage is also included in most downloads that need it.

Honestly, it is only a matter of time before the site goes offline anyway. AFAIK, the author has not been heard from in years. Obviously, the Orbiter community is not a top priority to this person anymore (hopefully he/she is otherwise doing okay). It takes resources to maintain a website, and one cannot expect those resources to be committed forever to something that is not a priority.

I enter the Vinka website through Internet Archive, and I could download all DLLs from the site.

Quite true, but I think we should take a minute to give Vinka thanks for what he has done for the Orbiter community. He may not have been available for a long time, but download links don't magically host themselves. Thanks to Vinka for putting in that effort for all of us. :thumbup:

Vinka spacecraft and multistage Is Open Source or Free Software? (I mean GPL, LGPL, or copyleft, etc..)

Would be great to post them in Orbiter Hangar.
