Problem Virtual Mission Control Not Working

I installed the newest version of Virtual Mission Control on Orbiter 100830 and it is not working correctly. I can connect, however none of the pages display any information other than 0 and I cannot control the vehicle with the Command page.

I am running Windows 7 Home.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm downloading 2006 right now to see if it works with that version.
