I am looking for John Dunn's Apollo Tutorial in html that has since been taken down from the internet. Anyone have a backup or a way to get one?

It seems like he has disappeared from the internet.

Any idea how I find this excellent tutorial?

I found parts of it on Wayback Machine, but it's not all there.
