What music are you listening to?

BBC has gone strange this year regarding last night of the proms. Can't find any of this year that will play. Even for me, a license payer!

Anyway, here's a reprise and one of my favourites.

Well, its all gone into copyright land, so this might be the best there is!

I don't really know, was this a tribute band? Obviously the original singer has gone sadly?

You don't mess with Rob Roy!

Madness, may not have got out the UK.

Bunch of musicians who enjoyed what they did, and so did the audience!

Some time later...

Classic Motorhead (Also featured in my last post on this thread, but you can't keep a good song down...), mixed with Fast Cars/Motobikes & Poker...

Not bad, even if the 'Joker' is the Jack of Hearts...

A very good version of the early 1990s song. Especially the guitar work there is pretty impressive for being more in the background of the song. And Tony Levin could really need a third hand sometimes, I suspect, but he does great with just two. All together, a team on the instruments, that would count as supergroup, if it wasn't Peter Gabriel fronting there.

Saburo Moroi (1903-1977), a forgotten composer...
