What version of vcredist_x86 does the version 111105 require?

I can't get it working.
The "It wasn't possible to start this application because the configuration of the application is incorrect. The reinstallation of the application might correct this problem." error message keeps popping up despite my having installed the version of vcredist_x86 provided in the package.
