Once I was getting liquid notrogen treatment for a wart, when the nurse's finger slipped and dabbed liquid nitrogen on my bare skin:weird:I was 8 when this happened, but I was in so much pain I couldn't cry

Broke my femur when I was 11, had to have a plate and 13 screws put in the leg. It hurt like hell and when I was in the hospital in traction I would have leg muscle spasms...that was the worst pain of my life... man that hurt!

I once drank several pints of Stella Artois on an empty stomach, and subsequently spent the next 36 hours in perpetual agony with the worst headache I'd ever had - it was constant pounding in my head that wasn't even relieved by closing my eyes or going to sleep.

I haven't touched Stella Artois since...

Broke my arm in three seperate locations during a hockey incident. The two bones snapped and crossed making a V. The radiologist tech told me to move my fingers apart for the X-Ray, I told him I couldn't move them, and he goes "Oh come on you can move them!" I wanted to punch him in the face with his stupidity.

My mother accidentally ripped a tooth nail out by opening a door I was just behind. Bleed and hurt like hell, but healed quickly. Followed by the worst kind of school yard football accidents. We used to play with tennis balls, and the goals had been banks standing at the ends of the yard, about 40 cm high. I played goal keeper (like often) and the striker with the most powerful shot managed to kick the ball from 2 m distance directly into my private parts. I was literally knocked out for 15 minutes before I was able to say more than a deeply hurt muttering. And it took me 20 minutes until I was able to stand up again. Was a tiny bit worse as ramming my knee so bad against a barrier in the army training course, that I hit a nerve with full running speed. Took me painful minutes until I was able to move again.

The accident, which was most painful for others was me getting a sharp edged stone thrown against my head. Bleed again like hell and all surrounding people had been worrying, but did not really hurt much.

Getting my the tip of my Pinky cut off. Gladly got it re-attached.

I was dared to put a substance called Flex-All directly onto my private parts. Supposedly, it helped relax your muscles, but if it ever touched your crotch, it burned like hell.

I put it on. First 30 seconds were fine. Then it began to burn... and burn... and burn...

I was up till 2:00 in the morning crying and moaning. Needless to say, that was the last time I ever put an unknown substance on my privates...

A ball fell onto my right middle finger while bowling. A part of the fingertip was blown away (very bloody). But it was reattached. And the removing of the sutures was also painfull.

Hard to say; I've had a rough life. But of all the injuries I've had, the top 3, in no particular order, are:
  • Kidney stones. Women who've had both natural childbirth babies and kidney stones tell me that kidney stones are worse. All I can say is that if I'd had a gun handy at the time, I'd have shot myself without hesitation.
  • Having 4 perfectly good teeth pulled without anesthesia. A lot of this was psychological from having to listen to the jaw bones and teeth cracking, as well as all the torquing on my neck. But it still hurt like bloody Hell on top of that.
  • Fracturing my skull. This didn't knock me out, it just turned my vision solid blazing white with little pinholes in the middle where I could still see. Aspirin didn't do jack for the pain, either.

I'm with ya on the kidney stones. I passed one last year. I was definitely the worst pain I've ever experienced.

Also very painful: I rolled around with my office chair like an insane, an then flew onto my chest. I wasn't able to breath for a few seconds.

I got hit in the nose by a piece of white phosphorus when I was 11 or 12. It burrowed in quite painfully. The scar finally disappeared when I hit 30.

But pinching my finger tip off between an orchard ladder and a rolling tractor hurt even worse. When I went and showed the farmer what I'd done, he fainted!

I've broken everyone of my toes (I still love going without shoes), and I'd break 2 toes again to avoid the pain of the above examples.

My dad had a kidney stone just last year that had to be surgically removed. He peed nothing but blood after the surgery.

My top 3 I've had pancratitus twice horrid pain, dislocatiung hip 5 or 6 times nasty, and last but not least going for 2 or 3 hours without any pain medication following the amputation of my leg!!!!!:censored:

1) I've passed 2 kidney stones. I think I would have rather given birth, or pulled out my own wisdom teeth instead.

2) I've sprained both ankles (not at the same time).

3) While playing Frisbee, I ran full speed into a tree. I couldn't draw breath for about 15-20 seconds.

4) Does mental pain count? Got dumped by a girlfriend and didn't really feel like eating for about a week.

Pain is relative.

For me, it was watching my four and half year old son being placed in a medically induced coma for nine days to control the brain swelling from H. Flu Meningitis.

Well, that and saying "I do" ... twice.

I can relate to that, though I was doing it before, too. That's a scary, SCARY thing.

I had a pretty bad kidney stone that took two procedures to get rid of. The lithotripsy failed, then they just pulled it out. Sadly, I still have one floating around in the kidney itself. I fear the day if starts traveling south. That's what hurt. I literally was rolling on the floor, in pain.

Mental: Leaving my High School for the last time/graduation. Too many missed oppourtunities...

Physical: Stomach cramps down in the left side. For some reason, er...*thinks how to put this politely*...I can't always go when I need to so it gets...clogged and builds up...never had kidney stone, but something I'd rather have that (yes, that bad)

One time I lied to the woman I love. But not just the fact that I lied, it was that she knew I was lying as I did, and I knew she knew, but still did it anyway. And it was over something very small and stupid, so its not the subject of the lie, but the way it went. It was just so insulting to her intelligence. After that I couldn't get hardly any sleep for days, I just felt like a complete scum bag, lower than s***. I guess its probably hard to understand for anyone else, but I know for sure that it was the most painful thing I've ever felt.
