Gee, I wonder why.

I had heard of this before, it could be good news for space travelers. Astronauts on interplanetary missions may appreciate help dealing with radiation.

It also makes those radiation pills on Battlestar Galactica make more sense.

I wonder why they made it.......maybe they are expecting war in the future. It is inevitable.

It's been developed as an anti-cancer drug, a pretty neat breakthrough too, though i'm sure it would have taken a lot longer without the military funding. I wonder what would happen if we put all our (global) military spending into useful projects like new drugs & powersources... Too much money is wasted on bombs and rubbish things like that.

It could be used for other things, people working with atoms all that could get sick or something.

It'd be great for astronauts... Interplanetary travel has just been made a bit safer, if still impossible for the time being.
